The delivery model
Built around your teaching needs.
Qualified instructors, purposeful practice stations, and a simple operating plan. Built for your learners and available resources.
For institutions, associations and organizations
Your learning objectives. A coordinated skills lab.
Campus and graduate-program events. Clinician education. Conference workshops. Hospital and EMS teams. We can design smaller hands-on cohorts or multi-session programs serving 200+ participants when facility space, faculty, safety, insurance and event funding permit.
The host supplies approved facilities, learners and available staff. An employer, institution or qualified educational supporter may provide funding or permitted resources. We engage a paid specialist lead and qualified faculty once costs, insurance and commitments are confirmed. Accredited education remains independently controlled; funding never buys influence over curriculum or inappropriate access to learners.

We recruit and coordinate a qualified lead and supporting instructors.
Too much event work?

Documented workshop experience
109 registered. 38 responded. Clear learner feedback.
109 students registered for the surgeon-led SAVR workshop. The organizer reports at least 109 people attended, potentially more; no formal headcount was maintained. In the separate voluntary post-event research survey, 38 of 38 respondents rated the program engaging and stimulating, and 37 of 38 reported increased confidence in basic surgical skills.
These are self-reported findings from an unpublished research draft, not objective proof of improved skills. Changes in specialty interest were not statistically significant.

Events, expanded cohorts & media
Expert-led programs built for the room—and the learners.
From focused hands-on workshops to multi-session events for larger audiences, we add qualified faculty, teaching stations and sequential cohorts as space, safe supervision, equipment, approved scope and funding allow. The host controls learning objectives and access to learners.
A new website, extra filming, additional cohorts, travel and specialty faculty are quoted separately. Client rights to purchased deliverables do not depend on an ongoing subscription.

Answers before you commit.
Who pays for a workshop?
The host institution, employer, association or an eligible independent education supporter may fund it. We require a real approved budget and clarify the contracting party before binding terms.
Who supplies instructors and equipment?
We help coordinate appropriately qualified instructors and station requirements. The host provides suitable facilities and agreed existing resources; specialty personnel and supplies are priced and confirmed separately.
Can this count for CE or CME?
Only when the relevant accredited provider separately approves the activity. We do not promise accreditation, learner competency gains or industry sponsorship.
How do we get a firm proposal?
Share learner level, hands-on objectives, approximate group size, venue, timing and budget owner. We check staffing, safety, insurance and costs before proposing confirmed terms.
